FOUNDERS

ALBA was founded in 2020 by Sara Holt and Cecilie Refsum. 10 years after being colleagues in Sara’s store Propello at Stabekk, our roads crossed again in the desire to make timeless quality items. Together we have 7 children, two dogs, husbands and houses to maintain, but are thankful for still having the energy and the desire to be creative entrepreneurs.

Sara has a masters degree in business and has studied design history. She has experience from fundraising, retail, e-commerce and start-ups.
Cecilie has a degree in merchandising and has been working in retail for more than 30 years.
She also works as a photographer and stylist and takes all our beautiful pictures.
