TERMS AND CONDITIONS
These terms and conditions apply to all purchase orders submitted to ALBA’s web shop, albaoslo.no. We ask you to read these terms and conditions before submitting an order. These terms and conditions may be updated and vary from time to time. When a customer places a purchase order, the customer agrees and consents to these Terms & Conditions.
You must be at least 18 years of age to shop at albaoslo.no.
If an item happens to run out of stock before the status has been correctly updated on the web shop, ALBA will notify you by email.
All prices at albaoslo.no are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be billed at the prices in effect at the time of ordering. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to change or discontinue styles, colours, sizes or fabrics at any time.
ALBA is not bound by any incorrect price information which the customer evidently or reasonably should have understood as incorrect, and which may have emerged due to technical faults.
If incorrect price information has been shown on the web shop, you will be offered either to purchase the item at the correct price, or to cancel the order.
All prices include VAT.
Note that we do not stand responsible for any extra VAT or duty costs outside of Norway. In countries other than Norway, custom fees or other taxes and charges may be added to the purchase price. The customer is fully responsible to research all VAT and duty costs of their respective country before proceeding with an order.
Payment is possible in the currency NOK. Available payment options are credit or debit cards, VIPPS or Bambora invoice/partial payment. The payment will be deducted when the order is being sent.
Please note that we are unable to accept gift cards, merchandise cards, cash or cheques as payment in the web shop.
ALBA accepts and processes the purchase orders in the order that they are submitted to the web shop. All orders are shipped from Norway. Normally the time of delivery to Norway is 2–5 business days (Mon–Fri). The time of delivery is the day that the item is available for collection.
All shipping costs will be specified in the purchase order, so that the cost is clearly visible to you previous to completing the order.
If a delivered package is not collected or cannot be delivered to the specified address, we reserve the right to charge you a fee covering the entire cost of the shipping and processing. Non-collected packages are normally not covered by the right to return items.
Should your order be delayed, you will receive a message about this, including a new suggested time of delivery. You may cancel the order if you do not accept the new suggested time of delivery.
RETURNS AND REPLACEMENTS
If you are not happy with the product, you can return it at your own expense.
Within 14 days following the delivery of your order you may request a refund or replacement of items. You must return the items in perfect condition. Returns will only be accepted if labels and original packaging are fully intact. Shipping costs will not be refunded.
All exchanges are subject to availability.
Please note that financial responsibility for the return is yours until it reaches us. Make sure the parcel is sent in an insured and traceable mode of transportation, and please keep your receipt for the shipment.
Please follow the return instructions:
We ask that you email us at SHOP@ALBAOSLO.NO to inform us that you are returning goods. Please write RETURN and your order number in the email title. Also, let us know:
• What item you are returning
• The reason you are returning the goods
• Whether you would prefer a replacement or a refund
Please note that all refunds will be made to the credit card originally used.
Ensure that the goods you are returning are packaged securely; we must receive the goods in their original condition.
It is important that you remember to write RETURN and NO COMMERCIAL VALUE on the package and return label for two reasons:
• To ensure a faster dispatch
• To avoid custom duties and other applicable taxes being added
Any custom or VAT related costs due to incorrectly marked return package will be charged back to you.
Please do not include the invoice from ALBA in the return shipment.
If requested by shipping company, set value to USD 10.
ALBA ensures that all products are meticulously checked and quality controlled before being dispatched to our customers. The customer is always responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. If the merchandise has defects, or items are missing, you may require a re-delivery within 2 years from order date. The defect must have existed when the products came into your possession. The customer shall notify ALBA in writing within 10 DAYS of the customer’s receipt of the merchandise. The claim can be made to SHOP@ALBAOSLO.NO. Please include your order reference number in the email subject line.
If the damaged item followed an order containing other purchased items, the cost of the original delivery will not be repaid.
We will return your funds as soon as possible. Always save your receipt. The funds will be returned to your account according to your original method of payment.
We cannot guarantee that the colours appearing on albaoslo.no in detail reflect the clothes’ colours in reality. The colours may be reflected in different ways, depending on, among other things, your computer or phone screen, graphic card and the computer settings.
